Frequently asked questions
Nope! Dogs are great, but my services are strictly for cats. There are PLENTY of providers in the city that can take care of your dogs! 😊
Generally, no- we can only provide light, "waterless" grooming using a no-rinse shampoo. For most cats, this is more than sufficient. If you believe your cat is in need of a full bath, please schedule a consultation or seek out a professional groomer.
I am not, and do not claim to be, a professional cat groomer. The "grooming" services I offer are more like basic hygiene care, designed to be functional (not necessarily "pretty"), for cats who aren't able to keep up with grooming themselves due to age-related and/or medical issues. If your cat does not fall into this category and you simply want them groomed purely for aesthetic purposes, I highly recommend taking them to an experienced groomer!
Nope! Although I am a highly experienced veterinary paraprofessional, I am NOT a licensed veterinarian and am therefore legally unable to diagnose, prognose, prescribe medications/treatments, perform surgery on, or attest to the health status of your cat. I am happy to objectively share my knowledge with you, but it should never be used as medical advice specific to your cat; it is your responsibility to maintain a valid relationship with your cat's veterinarian, and they should ultimately be the ones approving any changes to your cat's medical treatment plan.
Unfortunately, vaccines can only be performed in a veterinary setting or with a veterinarian present; therefore, you will need to visit your vet's office or a local vaccine clinic to have your cat(s) vaccinated.
