We will help you get your cat into the carrier prior to cat taxi service, or even if you are taking them to their appointment yourself and just need help getting them packed up!
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours prior to the start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please contact us at (856) 652-0013. *Please note: appointments canceled between 2-24 hours prior to the start time may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service total; appointments canceled with less than 2 hours' notice may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100%. Cancellation fees may be reduced or waived for extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
